Bloomsbury Ephemera, Book & Postcard Fair

The Summer Book, Ephemera & Postcard Fair is one of the key events in Etc Fairs annual calendar and an integral part of their summer events having grown in size considerably over the past 3 years. Outside of the ephemera, books and postcards on offer there will be a diverse and eclectic range of other items on available from dealers from all over the UK, Europe and further afield to enthuse collectors from most walks of life whatever their budget.  The fair always draws an excellently diverse selection of browsers, buyers and bibliophiles and booksellers from this country and beyond.

ABA London International Antiquarian Book Fair

Now celebrating its 60th year, this major three-day event is one of the largest and most prestigious antiquarian book fairs in the world, showcasing rare, unique and unusual items from 180 leading UK and international dealers.  To celebrate our anniversary and the launch of Rare Books London 2017, the Fair will be running a new “Affordable Collectables” initiative, with books under certain price points highlighted and a special guided tour to introduce them to visitors. The Fair is presented and managed by the Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association (ABA), in collaboration with the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB). These internationally recognized badges of excellence guarantee the accuracy of description and authenticity of all items for sale, as well as the professionalism and knowledge of the exhibitors.

Entry is free in 2017.

Bloomsbury Summer Book Fair

The largest of the fairs organised by Etc Fairs.

Etc Fairs’ monthly London Book Fairs are held at the Royal National Hotel, Bloomsbury, and run throughout the year. These fairs are extremely popular with dealers and visitors, the Bloomsbury Book Fair is the largest monthly book fair in the UK and attracts some of the UK’s finest specialist dealers.

All fairs have a range of antiquarian books, second hand books, out of print books, maps, prints, postcards,  manuscripts and ephemera on sale, the Bloomsbury Book Fair also has auctioneers  and bookbinders regularly exhibiting.

Visitors, whether they are dealers or  casual collectors, or just enthusiasts about the printed word will find something – all are welcome!

Payment on the door; £2 until 12.30pm, free thereafter.
